About Us

We're a coffee equipment supplier in Yiwu, China that started selling directly to the people who actually brew. Same warehouse, same stock, fewer hands between us and your kitchen.

Who we are

WonkaCoffee is the retail shop of Yiwu Wonka Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. We've supplied coffee grinders, brewers and kitchen equipment out of Yiwu — the wholesale market town in Zhejiang where a great deal of the world's small equipment passes through — to distributors, cafés and online sellers for years.

This store is the same operation, selling one unit at a time to people who grind their own beans. Our office and warehouse are at 20334, A3-2, 2nd Street, Yiwu International Means of Production Market.

Why we only sell three brands

We stock 1Zpresso, TIMEMORE, and our own WONKA equipment. That's deliberate.

1Zpresso for external micron adjustment and build quality — the grinders we reach for when someone wants one tool for everything. TIMEMORE for burr geometry at prices that make sense for a first serious setup. 

We could buy forty other grinders tomorrow. Carrying fewer models means we can test each one properly, keep spare parts in stock, and tell you honestly which one not to buy. A shop that sells everything can't do any of those things.

Authorized, and what that means

We're an authorized 1Zpresso and TIMEMORE dealer. In practice that means three things:

  • The stock is genuine, sourced through the brands, not through a marketplace reseller.
  • The warranty is the manufacturer's warranty.
  • We handle claims ourselves. If something fails inside the warranty period, you email us — not the brand, and not a form.

How we ship

We ship from Yiwu. On most routes import duties are prepaid, which means the price at checkout is the final price — nothing to pay at the door. Not every route works that way: duty thresholds and customs procedures differ by country, and we change carriers and routes to keep parcels moving.

If the duty position matters for your order, message us before you buy and we'll confirm which route applies to your country and whether duties are included.

To dispatch faster, we may switch courier without notice. The carrier on your tracking link is the one to follow, even if checkout named a different one.

Delivery estimates: 7–14 business days to the US and Canada, 5–10 to Hong Kong and Singapore. Those are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carrier backlogs sit outside our control.

What we do control is the outcome. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, we open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it. You're buying from us, not from the courier — and that means the delivery problem is ours to solve, not yours.
